Consistent & Everlasting Love

Our God is so sweet and kind in his CONSISTENT pursuance of us via love. His heart is amazing, and always willing to accept and help. We ALL could use a lesson of His love.

I will betroth you to me forever; I will betroth you in righteousness and justice, in love and compassion. I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will acknowledge the Lord .
Hosea 2:19‭-‬20 NIV

What You're Called To Do vs What You Choose

So many people get up and go through their daily, planned routine...Most of that is going to work, completing some sort of to-do list, and/or taking care of family. However, there is more to life than just a routine. Do you ever think about why you are in the place you go to daily? Do you ever stop and ask yourself why you meet the people you encounter? You are meant to reach others, and impact environments that God desires to change and influence. We are His vessels, and we were made for more than just a daily routine. Ask God today why your here, who you were meant to impact, and for more details concerning a purpose that only you will be able to carry out.

I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, Ephesians 4:1 NKJV

Behavior Towards Our Enemies

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44 NKJV

*This is definitely one of the hardest things to do, especially with users. It's easier to cut people like that off, and not deal with them. I'm not saying be around these people, but to love inspite of is definitely a humbling experience. However, the honor is in God seeing your actions. Plus, if we can learn to work through the negativity of haters, it will be easier to handle loved ones.

Child-like Faith

and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me. Matthew 18:3‭-‬5 NKJV

*Many times there are people who say whatever, or convey the word to others in whatever fashion that fits their own agenda or understanding. You even have those who are bold enough to try to tell God what to do, or choose to do something based on their own will and then have the nerve to ask God to bless it. We all can stand a lesson in the consistency of being more like a child in receiving guidance, wisdom, and exercising humility to apply what we have received. As a matte of fact, it would give us our innocence back in humbling ourselves to see things the way God wants us to view things & people vs what we've experienced. Children are forever learning, growing, and impressionable...They need the proper guidance and have hope in all things. The world takes that away. May er come back to the basis of childhood, and the innocence of being impressionable for Christ.

What is Your Motive and Demeanor?

Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another. Galatians 5:26 NKJV

*This is one of the main issues that I see amongst believers: The spirit of envy, trying to compete with one another, and always questioning each in order to make the other person feel bad. Since when did God award people to be the judge and jury? Why do people provoke each other, rather than be a listening ear and help each other? What is the point in competing when we are all in the race together?...No sin holds less weight than the next. Today, I encourage you to evaluate how you carry yourself. Are you always looking for faults? Do you care or just waiting to respond and pick at others? What is your real motive?

We All Need Balance

Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up. Ecclesiastes 4:9‭-‬10 NKJV

*This is why ppl need to get outside of themselves, and stop looking only for someone to help them...Learn to help balance someone else. This hoe you yourself will be balanced and create allies. Personally, it is tiring to be that person who supports yet is never supported.. Disgusting even. Until I receive the support, I will preserve my energy as to not be drained. Praise God for any short-term connections that God provides to aid in boosting until I am blessed with long-term ones.

Follow Christ, Not Intuition

For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? Matthew 16:25‭-‬26 NKJV

*This is what it's all about...So many people desire to figure things out for themselves, or even worse, give up and become complacent. However, TRULY following Christ regardless of your circumstance provides clarity of life, and helps you see beyond the day to day. Will you choose Him and His guidance? No, it may not always be easy, but hear me when I say it is much easier than being out there in the world. Choose to follow Christ, and embrace clarity. You wont regret it!

Worth the Wait

I wait for the Lord , my soul waits, And in His word I do hope. Psalms 130:5 NKJV

*Sometimes we desire something that feels like it will never come...Notice that I said FEELS...That doesn't mean that feeling is true. While we wait on things that we do not have the ability to change without God's grace and intervention, we have to use His word as encouragement and strength. Even if you have to Google scriptures on the topic, do not grow weary or complacent...Wait on the Lord. His strength is made perfect in your weakness, and anything He has for you is worth the wait. Don't settle for a cheap copy or knock off...Wait on the real McCoy.

Representing Christ

Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. Romans 12:15‭-‬16 NKJV

*Maybe if more people were open towards relating to others, they wouldn't have the time or room for criticism...This is one of the steps of being humble. If you can find compassion for others, not only will you be able to understand others more, but you will truly represent Christ-like behavior.
