Believe & Receive

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20‭-‬21 NKJV

*No matter what we think or how we feel,   we have to remember God's capabilities and His promises. His word does not come back voided. The key is patience, obedience, and faith...

Forgiveness

And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:32 NKJV

*Forgiveness doesn't come as easy as people think. We nay have forgiven the person, but if you become disgusted on the inside when you think of them, that's not forgiveness. Forgiveness is truly letting go and allowing God to take over...Washing your mind and emotions of the physical issue.

Connections

Do not be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits.” Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame. I Corinthians 15:33‭-‬34 NKJV

*Who you hang around can take a toll on who you are...It's easier for people to pull you down than you pulling them up. Be led by God on who you let in your circle. Ministering is one thing, but befriending everyone is another...

Spiritual Discernment

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. I John 4:1 NKJV

*Don't believe in everything someone says, and don't allow everyone to speak into your life just because it sounds good. Some people are sent to distract you, while others are sent help you. Ask God for wisdom to know the difference between the two.

Letting Go

“Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil. Ephesians 4:26‭-‬27 NKJV

*If you can control your anger, it can often be easy to be angry and not sin immediately, unless you have a cursing problem. One of the main issues that occurs is harboring that anger. That causes things to boil inside, mess with your thoughts, and it makes you want to lash out, assume, treat people poorly, distance yourself, and ultimately make you miss out on your blessing. This is where control needs to be exhibited. We have to work on asking ourselves is the anger worth hurting yourself, and paying that much attention to it in the first place??

Trusting God

“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!” Lamentations 3:24 NKJV

*
No matter how I feel, or how anxiousness tries to rise up, God is enough to sustain me daily. His portion fills the voids created by wondering and anxiousness, and He bridges the gap of peace and concern. I trust God, and I hope you will learn to trust Him with me...

Waiting

Through the Lord ’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not.

Lamentations 3:22 NKJV

*We are not consumed with waiting on God because we learn to appreciate the process while waiting, and we also learn to listen in order to uncover why God is waiting on us vs how we think we are waiting on Him. What has He been trying to tell you in order to get you to that next step? What is stopping us, or what is it that we need to learn or remove? If nothing else, how is our tolerance and patient level in the eyes of God?
