Walking in the Fullness of His Presence

John 15:16 (ESV)

16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.

*God has placed a special calling on all of our lives, and we have an opportunity to be a special vessel for Him...Filled with the unique capabilities that He has placed on the inside of us. However, are we willing to be used fully? Many of us want to barely tap into our callings, be used when we feel like it or have time, or some may even run from their callings...Yet, we expect an overflow of blessings. Let's pray that we seek to walk in the fullness of God's calling on our lives in order to wreap a full harvest as we desire.

Positive Love

1 Thessalonians 5:12-15 (NIV)

12 Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. 13 Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.14 And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. 15 Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.

*Think about your actions and the actions of others today. If someone cares for u, they love u enough to help edify you through peace and the love of God...Not allow u to operate within the same behavior pattern that can be detrimental later. The world is always looking for negativity within people. Why not be the one to strengthen individuals with love, and show appreciation instead of keeping your mouth closed. You may be the only positivity that they receive.

Interesting or Not ?

Philippians 2:4 ESV

Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

*Have you ever noticed how easy it is to talk about your wants, needs, what bothers you, or what's on your mind? Yet, at times when others do the same thing, we tend to tune them out or think poorly of them just because you don't see their issue as a problem. Perhaps you even take the time to care about someone's needs, but it is only regarding those who are in your circle or those who satisfy you. All these things are still of your own interests...Things that intrigue you. However, what about interests that others have that aren't familiar, those that do not bring you pleasure, or those that are on another level. If you only take interest in people and topics that interest you, you may never broaden your perspective or stretch your capabilities. Go deeper in who and what God tells you to take interest in...You never know where your blessings are located...

Think Outside of Yourself

Colossians 3:12-14 (ESV)

12 Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

*Let's take time out to meditate on our relationships with people. Many times we are so quick to assume, judge, or not want to be bothered. You may even have a "me, myself, & I" attitude or be the root of poor connections and not even know it.  Ask yourself what do you expect from others...Then ask how do you reflect that behavior in return? Go even deeper by asking God about your treatment of others, your way of analyzing things, and how to handle each individual. You never know what others are going through, but you do need to who or what you are suppose to be in the lives of others...

All Things Are Possible

Jeremiah 29:13-14 (NIV)

13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back from captivity.

*God is waiting on us to give our hearts completely to Him..Hearts that are open and ready to be filled with His love, and the understanding of all the possibilities that come with His love. He wants to deliver us from the captivity of hurt and knowledge that experiences of the world have subjected us to, and show us what we were always meant to experience before we leaned to our own understanding. Let's pray for each other regarding the renewing of our minds, and that we will have open hearts towards God's ability to go above and beyond what we ask for (Ephesians 3:20) if we do our part in seeking Him.

You Determine the Extent of the Weather

In life there may be rain, but you determine whether it will storm or be a light shower based on your response...Don't be moved; instead, allow the forecast to move out and not your ability to be steadfast....

Isaiah 43:1(NIV)-

But now, this is what the Lord says—

    he who created you, Jacob,

    he who formed you, Israel:

“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;

I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
